Still can't link Twitter..

This same issue that me and you are having actually happened when they introduced the multi-channels per account, I wonder how ling it takes them to fix it and the Connecting account issue..

I don't know. I was SO excited when I saw the option to not be asked again about what account I wanted to default to. Then, to have my dreams crushed when it didn't remember to remember after a day. I just wanna delete my original account and make life easier... *whine whine* Ha ha, okay... enough of that.

But what sucks is that the account I now DON'T use, is the one that got assigned to my Gmail account that I do use. YouTube made some weird second Gmail address with my username followed by a dot and some numbers, for what I now use as my channel. I'm all messed up! C'est la vie.

Tried logging out on everything and it still happens, also reading comments on some how to link your twitter to youtube videos I'm not the only one with the issue, god Google.. ._.

Yep, they never even fixed the facebook connection to fan pages either. You can only link to a profile and even then I think they removed the option to select the Facebook tickbox when you release a video now or they did at least for me, maybe cause I never linked a profile. But despite being a short-ish task it's annoying having to copy and paste everything into facebook pages manually, especially if you post to 2 separate pages sometimes.

They seem to have fixed it, I was able to link it fine and while uploading my video it and ticking twitter it just ticked it without asking me to authorize it. Happy days. Thanks everyone.

Have you tried going to internet explorer, and trying to do the same exact thing?

Sometimes being in a different browser works for different tasks.

Yeah I don't schedule videos anymore cause if I do I'll forget to post it to Facebook. I'm actually contemplating not using Facebook anymore to post the videos to, it's sort of a waste of time in a way but I'm not sure if viewers are even checking FB. Good to hear the situation with Twitter is fixed though.
