Starting your own VN?

I was wondering how one would go about starting their own Virtual Network?

I followed - corporate.zoomin.tv/youtube/networks/virtual-networks/

And I noticed it said "
Give us your estimated performance during the first 6 months::"

and while I sound clueless, I just have no idea how any of this works. So many words, phrases, abbreviates. So I'm coming here to ask. You guys never fail to give me a dead on answer.

So how would I go about creating a virtual network.

Right now I suppose I'm in the ignorant phase and am probably romanticizing about owning a VN, thinking it will be nothing but fun, but I know the truth. I just have the curiosity behind how this all works and how I could run one.

Also, if anyone would want to work with me to start one, please let me know!

That's your tip! Spend a few months researching, reading, and generally looking them up. They're harder to run well than people imagine!

Research is the word. When I started 3 years ago, before that I spent around 5 months doing research and gaining experience from other networks as a recruiter, etc..

Please don't view my post as a sign of laziness. I searched for many different keywords on this site, and others alike to find out how I would start one. I ended up (last night) reaching out to someone who has taken me on board as a recruiter.

The reason why I broke down to asking is because some threads consisted of "What's the difference between Phrase A and Phrase B" - Maybe they meant between a content agregator and a Virtual network.

And then someone would post and say - "no, they're the same thing." Next post after that? "No, they're different".

Regardless, I figured I would get some response from people who seemingly know everything on this website about Networks, and no - that's not sarcasm.

Anyway, 3 responses with - research leaves me where I began.

Mind sharing some of yours?
