Should I enable 30s ads?

Hi, I dont know whether I should enable 30s ads on my videos. They do anoy me when I watch other peoples videos. How much more can you earn from them? Should I enable them?

I have some options for ads - TrueView, Standard..something, and some other option. I can check all of them or any of them. Theres also a enable 30s ads under the standard option. Sorry for being a noob.
 
I just check all of them and leave youtube to decide on which is shown in each video.
I haven't noticed a hit in views etc by enabling them.
At the end of the day, if your content is interesting enough for the viewer to click on it to view, I don't think they'd mind waited 30s for it - just depends on your content and whether its worth waiting for etc......

Thats a great suggestion. I think I should enable it when my video is longer than 3 minutes.

Good idea, most of my videos are longer that that so people don't mind waiting the 30s when they have some lengthy content to watch afterwards. I can see how it may get frustrating if you have to wait 30s to get a clip that's only 20s long! Lol

I was wondering the same exact thing. Asked my network and they told me to enable them :]
 
the longer the ads the more you earn.. so if you want to get money from oyu videos you should enable the 30s ads. but if you dnt care about the mony then dont..
 
I you want to make the most money I would... But tbh, when you're small you want to keep your views interested so I wouldn't put these ads on all your videos because viewers will get annoyed and bored of watching long ads on all your videos :) I would only put them on videos every so often :)
