Try directly at YouTube itself. Search for YouTube AE free templates.
Eg. PushedToInsanity (i'm not affiliated - found them when I was searching for my channel too.)
I don't do sound effects but I have loads of music. If you need an intro for about 7-8 seconds long you can edit it using a free sound editor like Audacity. Or you want something specific in my library for about 7-8 secs, I may have a version like that lying around but I would have to check. Just send me the name of the track. Best of luck.

actually i have some useful information for people looking for intros.

You can download Blender software for free and then look for free templates (there are many of them).
Start blender load template and then just change tittle and render it.
There is even youtube video tutorial on how to do this.
