Sharing revenue with someone else

I'm about to produce videos in collaboration with someone else, rather than just promoting his channel through annotations I would like to split the earnings in half.

Is this possible as a Curse Partner or any other network?

No, you are the one to send him the cut through paypal.

Either you guys open a joint paypal account. Or you send him half whenever you get paid.
Networks aren't going to pay your staff or partners for you. If you've brought other people to the table it's your job to feed them =)

That's a bummer! My channel is still small so splitting the earnings in Paypal would feel like a joke.

In my other channel, we have custom IDs for videos that (depending on the content) vary the revenue share between the producer and the network. Thus I concluded this could be possible for smaller channels.
