I love the video you talk a very good point which youngsters need to listen to.
Few things i'd recommend for improvement :
1. like @Jawad Soomro said the background noise can be fixed using a post editing software like audacity its free check it out and there is plenty of tutorials on youtube
2. Try using jump cuts, there is a lot of the time you pause and drag out your sentences which is fine its just it makes the video way longer then it needs to be and viewers attention spans are not massive, by jump cutting it adds a little more excitement and gets the point across quicker thus making the viewer more engrossed.
but overall i love the video keep up the good work pal

Yay! 2nd vlog. I really like the topic, because I think it's important. Especially coming from someone your age. I can definitely see improvements from your first vlog! I can tell that you're really mature for your age, and you're definitely smart. You picked up the pace a little more in the beginning and end, and you were speaking with a lot of confidence....so that's great 
I think it got a little slower pace during the middle. Don't be afraid to say what you're trying to say. Just let it all out lol. Don't be afraid to record something again if you feel like you didn't say something right. You can always edit in the best takes. I really hope you keep vlogging and with practice, I think you'll keep improving!
