I've Got It
I mainly want custom thumbnails and access to free music/sfx libraries.
I do Gaming Videos.

What would you guys suggest me?

Well if you're not looking to monetise, simply don't Partner (if you partner you are required to monetise).

Ignore networks. Just monetise but don't enable adsense and you'll get your thumbs providing your account is in good standing and more than 30 days old.
 
The problem about that is, I am from Switzerland and we are not able to enable monetize at all...

Let me say it like this, I want to monetize, but it's not really something I need to do.
