Roxio Gaming Capture Device Problems

hello chaps

recently, I have been having some issues with my roxio capture device. It is recording at 4x speed consistently (if you don't understand what i mean, you can see it pretty much every vid on my channel /goobhd) and basically, I was wondering if anyone had a solution to this problem.

My roxio works fine, so it has to be something with the settings.
