They don't publish that information. Basically you apply and, if you're good enough, you get in. I should imagine about 100 views a day absolute minimum should do it, though.

Oh and you must have commentary on your videos. I noticed there are a few where you don't have it. These will have to be removed.

No worries don't forget to delete the ones without commentary, you'll get denied rather quickly without commentary.

Aye but that is partnership unfortunately one of those things. It's a requirement of every gaming network to have spoken commentary on each gaming video. Sucks but there you go!
