Rebuilding from nothing

I have been an on and off YouTuber for 9 or so years (Jesus I feel old!) and while I have made videos which get a couple hundred views or so in the past the channel has died to one maybe two a day. So yesterday (midnight as of writing this video) I am going for broke and during the next week and all of February I am going to try and treat this as a serious job, with serious aims in an attempt to resurrect and surpass my channel of old. Feel free to either insult or encourage me below.

Aims:
Build viewership from 2-3 views per video to 20-30 (Starting small with all of these)
average 1 sub a week (This is how bad it is guys!!)
1 comment every couple of videos (Jesus this is just day now)

Going to bed but, 9am Gmt it is go time.

Use tags and create good thumbnails. You can use adsense to make your videos be viewed
