[Question] So Youtube Content ID Ads Do Not Have Bumper Ads If i Read These Two Articles Correctly? Is This Pretty Bad And Will Knock Content ID Ad Revenue Down Or Not Effect It Much?

So any experts on this .Do you think for same amount of views etc you get paid less with content id than if you monetized normally with adsense or a network?
