People (including me) are always trying to get criticism on their videos to help improve or maybe just to make themselves feel good. One person will post a video, then the next person can only post if they reply to the above video with a positive comment, negative comment, or both. Don't just say "I like it". Show proof that you actually watched it. No "hour long livestreams" that you uploaded to Youtube either.
