Does anyone know of any good outlets to try and find an audience? I'm not one of those people that will come here to do it, I'm looking for niche places. I do scripted gaming stuff that's pretty dumb and I can't really think of any safe place to put it. Reddit can be... Reddit. I can't even get good feedback there in their small youtuber subreddits. Newtubers has not helped at all really. By outlets I mean subreddits or something along those lines.
 
Search around this forum there are a million and one other threads all asking the same thing.

In my experience - word of mouth, reddit, twitter, tumblr etc. seem like good places if you create quality content you will probably find people eventually.
 
Crap. Therein lies the problem. Quality content. But seriously, I don't entirely subscribe to that belief because there are tons of uploads daily to Youtube. Also sometimes it's easier to just ask, 'specially in this case cuz I thought maybe there'd be some oddball niches out there.
 
Yeah i feel you, issue is everyone sees awful content with creators who have millions apon millions of subs and think 'hey they did it i shouldn't try!' in reality they are either lucky or started with quality and then dumbed it down.

Honestly create what content you want try not to think about the numbers it will just upset you in the long run, create content because you want to make it if you think the video you have made is something you would watch then you have made a good video.
