Partnered BG and a Logo?

Hello, I think my BG is pretty bad, I made it a while ago and since I am not very good at GFX it looks bad. So I was wondering if anyone was able to make me a BG, preferably free. I also need a logo/avatar. If you are able to make me one just tell me and I will give you a few details and tell you how I want to make it.

It looks pretty good, youtube is in the process of changing channel layouts. New one is much simpler, check out mine to see an example.
 
Like Th3-Chronikk mentioned above. YouTube is changing layouts. Right now it is optional, but in the future they will probably just roll it out to everyone. Therefore I would not even bother getting a brand new background and logo, because you will have to change it in the near future.
 
Dude, your channel layout is fine atm, looks clean as anything and is simple which draws me in more than all these backgrounds with the 3d text at the top with the dark colours. The new youtube layout will mean switching to a ban but im sure you'll find something!
