Partner network late with payment

My partner network is one month late with payment. I would really like to get out of this contract for several reasons but I would also like to know is this good enough reason to get me out of the contract and what would be the easiest legal way to end this contract.

Looking at your view counts on socialblade, I'd be curious if your network has a minimum payment amount and, if so, did you reach it?

Minimum payment amount is lowered now on 50 $ and in January I was short maybe a dollar. But the stats are not showing after January so I don't know how much I earned.
