Overall concept ideas

I'm running with akin of science channel which is directed towards students. For a long time I'm thinking about form of such thing.

Due to lack of technology I came up with concept of presentation in PowerPoint plus live-drawing (like board in school) when I explain something that needs more explanation. But such presentation or drawing wouldn't always be needed, therefore I have to find a substitiute for videos that doesn't contain this kind of stuff.

I thought about animations or films that I can imply into my videos. But where to search for them? I guess all of them have to be paid. On the other hand, I do not want to make a video with one image in background and commentary. I wouldn't keep viewer's attention.

It kinda hard to do it by yourself when you don't have an experience at all doing this kind of stuff. There's a lot of people can help you with this, but then, majority of them do it for money, so you need to pay for it. You can start a new thread at Freelancer

What do you mean? What would I have to pay for? I'm not looking for people who can make animation for any topic of my videos - that's dull job for them and surely requires a lot of founds. I actually think that I can use some effects to make my video look better instead of using PowerPoint. Gonna be hard though, because I'm not familiar with SonyVegas. I use only Camtasia that has less options.

I always use Camtasia for simple animation, I don't know anything about animation in Sony Vegas .. It's pretty confusing there but it's features more than Camtasia
