Outro Screen? Please? D:

So I just spent the past hours or so working on an outro screen, only to have my computer battery to die, and I hadn't saved.. of course. I am in no way in the mood to now do something, so I beg anyone to make me an outro screen; just the basics.
A next video, a mystery video, My twitter (@girlsgottagame) my twitch (girlsgottagame) and a Please Subscribe/Rate/Comment.. Maybe a pokemon (preferably eevee ;3), and preferably darker colors.
I'm willing to pay up to 70 YTtalk cash, but I am in no position to pay actual cash- sorry. :/
