So I've just made a new banner because I didn't really like my other one, and I wanted a more 'professional' look. Any feedback would be great, cheers.

If you were gunning for professional, that's totally it! I love the city effect on the text and the overall minimalist design. Everything is clear and easy to read, it somewhat sticks to a theme, so yeah, you're good to go.

I think your new banner is adequate, but bordering on too simple. I do like the minimalist feel though...

I was going for the minimalism look. Looked at a few youtubers and got inspired to make something like this
