Request Need thumbnail for reaching 1,000 subs!

I hit 1,000 subs a few days back, but I haven't had the chance to make a video thanking my subscribers and introducing a few things. Not really sure where I want to go with this, but having a twitter & facebook logo incorporated would be nice since I created a twitter/fb in honor of hitting 1k subs, though that should be far from the thumbnails main focus of 1k

Sorry that I can't help you but... On your channel it says someone from one of my google plus circles is subscribed to you... it's weird because I only followed 300 people...(what are the chances?) Anyways congrats; hope you can get the thumbnail!
