Request Need Help with an Intro

Right now since i'm pretty much new to doing Vids on youtube something simple would be fine for me all i would really want my name and the W3 podcast on it and you can look on my channel; art on how i would want the "W3" to look like..

I would prefer it to be free since im just starting out but I wouldn't mind paying for a nice quality intro if need be also if you want me to shout you out I would not have a problem with that either im always for helping other channels grow as well
