Need help learning to use Premiere Pro?

I recently scrapped together some Christmas themed content, but haven't quite got the hang of Premiere Pro. I've been using Movie Maker, but you can't do BASIC things like rotate text, or adjust audio levels. I'd like to know how to adjust different audio tracks volume, and learn how to add text in Premiere Pro. If you could help I'd appreciate, BUT if you could leave a decent YouTube tutorial series that would be nice too.

To adjust the audio from the different tracks in your timeline you have to go to Window in the top bar --> Audio Mixer. That will pop up a window with your audio mixer that looks like this:

As you can see I have 4 audio tracks in the project I opened, so I can adjust all of them. Just drag the button down, or up, if you want the audio track to be louder or not.

ADDING A TITLE:

To add a title, go to Title in the Top Bar -> New Title -> Default Still and click Ok.

That will open this menu:

From here you can do a lot! You can change the fonts, size and almost everything from your title! When you're done just press X and the title will appear next to the rest of your imported footage:

Also, do you know why whenever I record my voice there is a delayed echo? I've had to stick with movie maker because of it, but whenever I record Premiere has a delayed echo of my voice playing. Any solutions?
