Need help growing my channel

Hi guys ive been struggling of late to get views and subscribers for the past week i have been inactive to get footage and videos for next mon-fri and keep that as my schedule but when i tried it before i never got much views at all i mean i know i am small and im next expecting hundereads or thousands just to get some way of even passing the 10 view mark within an hour if possible at my size any help would be much appricated

The key to getting more views on your channel is to create unique and interesting content. For example I see you have a 'Road to Black Ops 3 Zombies' series. Other larger YouTubers such as TheSmithsPlays are already making these kinds of videos and it is very hard to get noticed under their enormous shadow. Another way to get people to click on your video is if they want to know how to do something. Tutorial videos are a good way to get more views and you should make more of them. As you can see on my videos their is disparity of views from those which have the keywords 'How To' than suppose 'Gameplay'.
