I'd recommend freeplaymusic.com. They have a huuuuge selection of royalty-free music that are categorized by mood and length.
 
If you want you could check out machinimasound.com They have royalty free music and have a whole page dedicated on how to cite them so you fall under fair use. :)
 
I offer royalty free music under creative commons licenses on a new channel I just started with my collaborator. It's the first channel listed in my "Awesome Youtube Channels" on my profile page. I would post the direct link, but I don't have enough posts yet.

There are only 3 tracks up for now, but that's because we just started the channel earlier today. Many more will be steadily added. So, if we don't have anything that catches your interest just yet, keep checking back!

u can use get hyper it gives a free liscence im pretty sure and using a video editing software u can make one. If you provide me with the music if you want ill make u one. if i do make u one it will be like this one. (made this for a freind.)
