Request Need a generic thumbnail

I need a professional generic thumbnail that I can import into gimp and customise with the game, title, and episode number! I would also like a section on the right where I can import a picture eg me screaming if it's a horror game or a picture of a zombie if its CoD zombies to these customisables should be on the right!

I don't have any income currently so I can't pay for it I apologise but I can give YTCash although I don't have much (very new to this) and I can obviously put a link to your channel and a thank you note in the description of every single one of my videos!
