Hi Everybody!

I have experience with music reviews and interviews coming from owning a site that does exactly that but YouTube is a very new thing to me and would appreciate it greatly if anyone has any advice for me.
My Channel has been created primarily to showcase some of the artists who have appeared on the site to give it a more personal feel as some people may prefer a video to an article.
As I am new to YouTube I was hoping some of the veterans of YouTube could give me some tips on things like: How to gain subscribers, What do people look for most in a video, How often should I upload to start off with and maybe even how to promote videos.
Any feedback or tips would be greatly appreciated and taken in to consideration for future use of YouTube!

Tim Schmoyer of video creators has a bunch of neat videos that can help you with your basic startup, and he even has some nicely written articles here on the forum. You can see these sticked at the top of the current thread's sub-forum. And there are other stickies in place that have a lot of nice info in general.
