Monetisation Settings

I've Got It
I don't know if this has popped up already but when I upload covers I turn the monetisation setting to 'Track in all countries' but, I've just noticed there is a 'Universal covers' settings which looks like it lets you monetise still.
Just wondering if anyone could go into further detail as to what this setting actually does or means.

Fullscreen doesn't own the rights to every song so you need to check whether they have the rights for the song you covered. Contact FS about it?

I think you should not turning the monetisation setting to 'Track in all countries' , because in such case you declare that you have WW rights to this content.

That might be the case but I thought it was more appropriate as it doesn't allow me to earn anything from those videos.
