Request Looking for Free GFX Mentoring (Photoshop, After Effects, Cinema4D)

Hey, I'm an uprising GFX artist...or I want to be.
I've done my own thumbnails, banners and profile pictures for a while now,
but I wish to get better,
a lot better.
Good enough to where I can sell my stuff at one point.
I also wish to learn new platforms,
such as After Effects and Cinema4D.
I know this is an odd request,
but I found nothing against it in the rules.
So if someone could just help me out and teach me some things it would be very appreciated.
I wouldn't know what to do but I think we could work something out (other than money)
