I've Got It
I have no idea, most of the great headphones are over 100 dollars...
I'm willing to go up to $150 if you could give me a great one.

I know 2 good ones. Both of them have active noise canceling, so the sound is pure and clear. And they're both at a reasonable price. I know that they're in euro, but you have to search it in your own country to see their price in dollar. The one I think you really need is the Sony headphone. It seems more promising than the Sennheiser one.I'm willing to go up to $150 if you could give me a great one.
As Pentra said, if you really want good sound and good audio, then you don't want a gaming headset. What you'll want is a good pair of headphones, and a desktop microphone. Do that, and you're going to get something WAY better than those headsets you listed.
For example, you can get a pair of sennheiser 558's (Oh so comfortable!) for about $120 and a blue snowball for about $50 on Amazon right now. Your audio and recording quality will be sooo much better than the quality a headset can give you.
Is spending ~$20 over your budget worth it? To me, for the audio quality you're going to get? Definitely. But that's my opinion, and of course I can't force you to make a decision.
That's just my two cents.
