Well if you want to quickly get some, to beef your channel up a lil
If you subscribe to a lot of channels, ones with similar small numbers, swing them a message at the same time
'hii i subbed you, nice videos! sub me back please?'

but I think it becomes a lil' self defeating after you have say 50subs this way... you don't want 500subs, and like, 10 views from it on your video ^^
