But why buy an expensive smartphone just for its camera if you can buy a camcorder that does a better job at filming at a much lower price?

You're making a good point there.......unless you can afford a smartphone......and cant afford to carry the big bulky camera in your pocket all the times.......

There two kinds of shows....ones that you always make in your bedroom, ....the other one is that which when you get a great idea.......unless you need to put on make-up...you can shoot your film anywhere, anytime........

Bazinga.....with the extraspace you just created by not putting in your fat, bulky camera......you could even put your makeup there!
