He means like how RoosterTeeth have 'series 1' of a show, etc. But very few people can do this, it's not something that's available to many people.

As you`re a partner you should have access to the show feature, from there you can set the show`s rating

go to your video manager, at the side there should be a "shows" tab, go on it and click "create new show" add a season, and then add an episode to it by selecting the video you want't it may put the show title in front of your video once this is done but you can go to the video and change it. When you are adding the video there is a list that asks you things about the content of your video, check the right ones and youtube will put an age limit depending on what you have checked, make sure the video is at least 3 mins long or any less will have to class as a clip, hope this helps
