Guess am starting a new channel !

But again I worry I may run into more copyright issues, is there a list to which it tells you what Publishers allow you to upload and which one do not?

Video/TV footage = don't upload
game footage = general rule of thumb is you can use it with commentary over the top, but you must remove all cut scenes (there are exceptions, but it's easier just to do it this way)
Copyrighted music/radio/etc = don't upload

Just make sure there are no cut scenes and music audio 0% = no music/radio
Are chat dialogues ok?

starting a new channel is the right thing to do.
Even after 6 months i'm not sure of the strike will dissapear, probably not.
