Request I need of an Outro

Hey guys its me XiaoLiangSheng and I'm in need of a new outro for my channel. I want the outro to be clean and I want the outro to have "Thanks for Watching" "Previous Video" My social media's and a space that says subscribe for my logo (I'm gonna use the new feature of YouTube "End screen"). So I hope there is somebody to make my outro. In return I'm gonna give you a shout out on my channel and put you in every time I use the outro in the description.

Yeah end screen, end card. The outro basically everything you described. There's different names for them I guess.

End screens are the new feature of YouTube that allows you to put at the end of you last 20 secs of your video a bubble like button of your channel and videos.
