I need branding help

I've Got It
So first off is my YouTube banner and profile picture good? or should I consider changing them. If so would anyone mind making me a banner, I make clash of clans videos and does my banner need to show that a little?

Secondly does my thumbnail designs look catchy enough or do i need to practise my Photoshop skills?

And lastly is it a good idea to create an intro and outro even though i only have 20 subscribers? and if so will the generic dubstep music and bouncing name suffice?

Banner needs a bit of editing. Thumbnails are good at some places and others need some editing too. I think even though you have that many subs, it's better to be professional 100% of the time. Shows commitment. Music choice is always a weird one, some people like dubstep, others don't. Test it out :)

I think the banner is awesome, you should place the TALISMAN WARRIOR TEXT just a little at the RIGHT, so that avatar does not intercept with the text :D
Thumbnails are cool but they need a little more work, some of your thumbnails are 4:3 instead of 16:9! Hope you will work on it :D
Your audio quality is nice :D
Your videos have background noise, you can use audacity to remove the noise :D

I think the thumbnails aren't bad, but definitely get them the right format so they don't look cropped.

Your banner isn't bad but I agree with @Jawad in that the text needs to move to the right some so your avatar isn't overlapping it. Additionally, the colors all kind of wash together, which in this case isn't necessarily bad but its all a big sea red. Also, it looks like the image was stretched, the text isn't too sharp, and the background image has pixelation in some areas.

The avatar isn't bad either, I like it, but it doesn't relate to your thumbnails, banner, etc so it doesn't have as much cohesion as I like to see in my own stuff, personal preference maybe?

Audio isn't too terrible, but it sounds like you are recording the game volume through your mic when commentating perhaps? The game audio isn't very good, and it ruins your commentary. I would turn the game volume down some in editing and ensure your voice is clear from there.

I know its a lot of critiques, but honestly its not bad at all for your size and starting out :)
 
Haha thanks for the detailed critique, truth be told I'm actually recording my videos through a screen recorder on my galaxy s2 and in game music is recorded from the mic. It's the only way I know hot to record my game play and keep the in game sound effects. Will try to improve my thumbnails and going to be replacing banner in a couple of months. Thanks for the help :);)
