I Need a Web Developer and/or Graphics Designer

Hey guys, I need your help!

I'm looking to hire someone to create branding for me (proper headers for facebook, twitter and, of course, youtube), create a logo (with multiple styles), and a large, stylish background image I can use on my website, tumblr blog and twitter profile.

I'm also looking for someone who can create a matching tumblr and wordpress theme for me. This person can be the same person who I hire to do the branding, but if not I will hire a person to do the branding first.

I already have a good idea of what I want, and I need quality. I'm willing to pay for the quality I receive, but I'm not made of money either.

(PS: If you're new to web dev or graphics design, I doubt you'll be up to my standard, and I would prefer to see a portfolio of some description if you have one available.)

After thought: Once this is done, I'll be looking for someone to create an outro, and maybe an intro, but I'll need my logo and stuff first.
