Skype plus Audacity.

No it just records your vocals

i use fraps, i just record the sound of the computer and sound from my microphone as well. then you get to hear everything, the game sound, the skype sound and you talking behind your computer.

You use audacity and skype for the voices of you and your friends, and record the actual game with fraps.
