How to disclose a Sponsored video?

Hope you are having a great day! I closed my first deal with a Developer for a sponsor video and I would like to know how to disclose it in my video. Here's what I think I should do in the video, please let me know if I'm missing something.
- Disclose in the video that the video is sponsored
- Disclose in the Description that the video/link is sponsored
- Check mark the Content Declaration that appears in Advanced Settings

Do you know if Sponsored videos get less recommended?

What about the second option? Should I also enable it?
