How to choose the perfect home textiles in Cyprus?

I have recently moved to Cyprus and am in the process of setting up my new home, but I am faced with the question of choosing home textiles. I want to know what criteria should be considered when buying textiles, so that the textiles correspond to local climatic conditions and are comfortable to use. Maybe some of the locals or experienced settlers will share their advice on choosing textiles on the island?
