How To Add Text Caption Above and Below Video

Hi Guy, I use iMovie and I'm trying to figure out how people are adding text captions above and below videos on Facebook. The linked image is an example of what I want to do. If it's not possible with iMovie, please direct me to a software that can do it easily

what you can do is type the text in word or something like that, take a screen cap of it, do picture in video and make the screenshot the size you prefer.

to screenshot do: command + shift + 4 (or) 3

4 lets you select the size of the screenshot
3 takes a pic of the whole screen.
