How Much $$$ To Do These Things?

For free of course. Charging for something like a feature or a shout-out is just douchey. I just give shout-outs to people I know, am friends with or people whose channels I really like. I wouldn't feature or shout-out some random person I never knew or even heard of even if they paid me.

It's not douchey, it's smart. If someone is willing to pay for publicity I don't see a problem with charging them. A lot of channels put hard work in for years to get their subs and views. Some people pay companies to get their videos views, that's douchey. But paying someone for an advertisement is just good business. I would defiantly pay a bigger channel to throw me a shutout if I think I could gain subscribers from it. It's hard to get noticed in the YouTube world so any advantage you can gain is a plus, even if it costs you a little cash to get you that small bump you are looking for.
