How many times can i reapply for monetization on youtube?

i wasn't approved before because my videos contained animated characters doing inappropriate behavior but i have made new "family friendly" content since then been few months and gained lots more subs should i re apply now? can i re apply again if they dont approve me or is there a limit hm?

I'm not sure there is a limit to how many times one can re-apply. Have you deleted all the old content which got you in trouble? Simply taking it private won't help; the reviewers can see everything, no matter what privacy setting you've put on it.
