How do you sign the contract?

I know many of you can't speak about details pertaining to your contracts, but I've been reading a lot post where people have accidentally signed contracts with networks. How does one accidentally sign a contract? is it a digital contract? do you literally sign a paper or click on a link, which is considered and electronic signature? I'm just curious. Also, when you apply to a network and you get accepted does that mean you are automatically signed into the contract or do you have an option to walk away? Thanks in advance everyone!

Some networks give you an e-sign contract like with RPM. They email you the contract and you sign it digitally.

Also, some networks may invite you into their CMS without signing anything at all. ATV for example.

you are usually required to sign it with your first and last name as your signature and which stating that you agree to the terms
