How Do You Get Rid of These t=xxs Links?!

I have a nagging problem that I need help with. please.

When I have mistakenly clicked on one of my own videos on the View Channel page, the video then begins playing. I didn't want it to, so I cancelled the playback. But now on my View Channel page, there is a time marker in the link that I can't get rid of, to continue playing where I left off (as well as a red bar at the bottom of the thumbnail).
Someone, please tell me how to get rid of the time links - I know I can watch every video all the way through, but there has to be some easier way.

Thanks so much for any solutions.

I moved this to the YouTube Chat discussion forum. :)

I think deleting the video from your "watched list" will reset it, but I'm not sure if there is an easier way. :o

At the end of the URL, you will see this.

Delete that part of the URL and then refresh. Once you refresh, everything should be back to normal :)

I'm guessing the system uses cookies. Try clearing cookies at the beginning of a Youtube viewing session. - Disclaimer - That will probably mess up some other features that you don't want messed up.
