How do I make a youtube response video ?

Hey guys and girls. I was just wondering how I would go about making a response video to a youtube video. If anyone knows or can help then please do

Sadly the feature was removed a while back now. The best you could do now is link to the one you're responding to and put RE: video title as the title and let them know about the response.

I wish they brought this back. I wasn't on YouTube at the time but I saw loads of people do them. They were great and could get your channel out there.
