I think you get paid by how many people watch your ads and all and not skip them.

So what the estimated amount for 1000viewsIt's a bit of both. You get paid a smallish amount for views (because the advertiser is benefiting by getting his brand name out there) and you get paid more for clicks.

It depends on many factors like the niche, time of year (first quarter is low - Last quarter is high), demographics (US and UK audience is high)
But if you want a worldwide annualised average, the conservative figure often quoted is $1 per 1000 total views. I'd say that's a bit low.

The $1 per 1000 views is a very conservative figure. It's probably going to be more than that. But yeah, you do need a lot of daily views to earn decent money from adsense alone.

Yes, approximately, but some channels will earn $10 from only 5,000 views.
Minimum payout is $100 if your account is in USD. If your account is in euros, it's a 70 euros minimum.
