HELP! WANT TO SIGN CONTRACT WITH FULL SCREEN BUT HAVE MATCHED 3RD PARTY CONTENT!

I've Got It
Ok. I have a contract for fullscreen that I have not signed yet. Reason being that I just got a matched 3rd party content on one of my videos that i'm currently disputing. I'm hoping that it does not count as a strike and effect the process of becoming a full partner with fullscreen. any advice on what to do? should I still sign or wait til the claim is disputed. just incase YT decides that I lose?

Reason I'm disputing it, is because I used an instrumental that another youtuber created to mimic another songs instrumental. although they sound similar they are not the same exact instrumental. and in order to do parody songs you need to do that.
now. the video in dispute right now is a blooper video. The parody video itself is not matched by 3rd party nor is the actual video created by its rightful owner.

I would just remove the third party content. Play it safe.

The YouTuber that you used it from might have got the rights to the song.

Yeah i would just wait it out. Just recently i had a strike for something that qualified under Fair Use and i fought it and within 2 weeks I won and my strike was removed and I was able to join Fullscreen
