Help want a new Partner Network

I'm currently partner with Bent Pixel & they have done nothing to help me grow my channel. They have recently gone dark on all message I send to them about growing my channel & helping it get out there. So I was wondering if anybody knows any good partner networks besides them. I'm thinking of Partnering with Fullscreen after my partnership is up with them.

What is bad about fullscreen. From what I heard there a really good network. If I don't partner with them I will partner with Frederator

Why do you need to partner with anybody? What are you expecting from them that you can't do for yourself?
