[HELP] Running Android apps on PC smoothly?

I'd love to make a youtube channel dedicated to reviewing android apps but recording an Android's screen can be kinda' annoying and complicated. Is there a way I can run Android on pc and then install the apps on there and record them with Fraps or screen recording software?

Get Bluestacks, it's legal and things. You can do it that way!

Bluestacks is a android app player for pc, you can also do a android emulator, or if your device is on 4.4 kitkat, screen recording is easy and smooth.
