Request Help needed (Channel Profile Icon)

I've had my YouTube channel up for about a year or so now and I've had the same profile picture since and want something new. I'm a terrible drawer on the computer and don't know what to do for a better icon.
Can someone help me with a new icon or ideas? I have about 18 YTtalk cash I can give to whoever can help me with a new icon. Thanks

You should look at places like fiverr.com and difference sites where you can hire artists to create the material you want. Unfortunately not many people are willing to work for free.

they require you to work with "intervals" of 5 dollars. Which means you need a base for 5 and then go up from there. The largest gig I sold on there was 700 dollars.

Don't cut yourself short, just know your time and do what is worth it for you.

Break it down like this, a 5 dollar gig should take UNDER a half hour to do. This way if you did 2. You'd be making 8 dollars an hour which is above minimum wage. Then add extras. Like express option, delivery in HD, added psd file. None of these take extra time but can get you up to a 100 an hour and worst case scenario you are making above minimum wage.

Just making sure xD the way you worded it made it seem like you thought you could only make 5 dollars per gig xD.

I used to use it to pay all my bills so I'm pretty familiar with it as well xD
