HELP :( Fraps recording is blue?

I recorded ALOT of gameplay on 4 different games the other day, I have just come to edit it and the video is blue :l Is there anything I can do to fix this or im I screwed Here is what the captured gameplay looks like. I notice it is only certain colors like his hand and such, just like.... wtf really :L
